Who is responsible for your information

Echelon Facilitation is a trading name of Dr Andrew Greenland, a sole trader based in Richmond, London, UK. Dr Andrew Greenland is the data controller for personal information collected through echelonfacilitation.com. You can contact him about anything in this policy at hello@echelonfacilitation.com.

What is collected

• When you send an enquiry: the details you type into the contact form - your name, organisation, website, email address, phone number, role, the kind of session you are interested in and your message.
• When you email: your email address and whatever you choose to include.
• If you accept analytics cookies: information about how you use the site, collected by Google Analytics. Nothing is collected if you reject them. See the cookies page for details.

The site does not ask for sensitive information. Please do not include health or other special category information in an enquiry.

How it is used, and the legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and arranging a discovery call - because you asked (steps taken at your request before any contract) and in Echelon's legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch.
• Delivering and following up a session you book - to perform the contract with you or your organisation.
• Understanding which pages are useful - only with your consent, through Google Analytics.
• Keeping business and tax records - to meet legal obligations.

Your information is not sold, not used for advertising and not added to a mailing list without your agreement.

Who it is shared with

Echelon uses a small number of service providers that process information on its behalf:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) - stores enquiries so they can be answered and followed up.
• Resend - delivers the email notification when an enquiry arrives.
• Vercel - hosts the website and processes form submissions.
• Google - Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US data bridge.

Information may also be shared if the law requires it.

How long it is kept

• Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client records and invoices: six years after the end of the engagement, as required for tax purposes.
• Analytics data: for the retention period set in Google Analytics, after which Google deletes it automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information held about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how it is used, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@echelonfacilitation.com and you will get a reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. It would help to hear from you first so the problem can be put right.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
