Every engagement is designed around your team, but you shouldn’t need a call to find out what it costs. Here are our standard prices, what’s included, and a limited founding client rate.
Prices are for the whole team, not per person. The final figure depends on group size, preparation and number of days.

Echelon is a new practice. Rather than invent case studies, we are offering our first three clients the founding prices shown above - around 30% below our standard rates.
In return, we ask for two things:
The session itself is exactly the same as at standard rates. Once three founding places are taken, the offer closes.
Take a leadership team of 12, each earning £150,000 to £200,000 a year. Spread across roughly 220 working days, one day of that team’s time costs around £8,000 to £11,000 in salary alone.
A strategy day that ends in more discussion spends that money and buys nothing. If the same decisions come back to the next meeting, you pay it again. The question isn’t whether facilitation costs money - it’s whether your team’s day produces decisions people act on.
General workshop facilitation in the UK is often priced at around £1,200 to £2,500 a day. Executive and board-level facilitation, which involves more preparation and higher stakes, typically sits at £3,000 to £6,500 a day or more. Echelon’s full-day sessions are £4,500 to £6,000, including preparation and follow-up.
The day itself is only part of the work. Each price covers the diagnostic call, participant pre-work, designing the session around your decisions, writing up the decision log and a 30-day follow-up call.
Only venue and catering, travel outside Greater London, and a second facilitator for groups of more than 15. Virtual sessions have no extra costs.
Our first three clients pay around 30% less than standard rates in return for permission to publish an anonymised case study, approved by them, and a short testimonial if they are happy with the result.
